Wired LAN install USB image for x86-64 mini PCs. Verify the SHA-256 checksum after download.
Wired install USB image (.zip)
Free direct download — no account required. Unzip on a Windows PC, run make-usb.bat to create the install USB, then boot the mini PC from it.
Wireless install USB image (.zip)
Build a personal wireless USB for your Wi-Fi (required)
Enter your router's Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password — we build a per-user custom install USB that connects automatically on first boot. Personal data is deleted after 5 minutes.
The download unlocks after your personal USB is built — without your Wi-Fi info the installed server cannot reach the tunnel.
Install in 4 steps (wired LAN)
- Download the USB image and unzip it on a Windows PC.
- Run
make-usb.batto write the image to a USB stick (8 GB+). - Boot the mini PC from the USB stick (select it in BIOS) — installation starts automatically.
- Open remote.whick.org on your smartphone — the setup wizard guides the rest.

Install in 3 steps
Prepare a mini PC
Any x86-64 mini PC with 8 GB+ RAM and a 128 GB+ SSD. USB stick 16 GB+.
Flash & boot
Write the installer to the USB stick, boot the mini PC from it, and follow the on-screen setup.
Add your music
Point WAMSS at your music folders — or copy them in. Open the remote app and play.
